Germany is a large market and Venue Manager has gained more and more customers in recent years. There are now 12 customers, so Germany is a significant part of our total portfolio.
This is how it should be, and of course the level of service must follow, even as Venue Manager continues to increase sales. This is based on a strategy meeting in August, where current and future partners discussed lead generation, sales, service, and support.
Subsequently, we have added Marian Nawrath and Ronny Leitzke to our team.
Marian Nawrath from Wiesbaden has previously worked as ticket manager for Bonner SC, which was Venue Manager's first customer in Germany. He knows the Venue Manager platform and app in-depth. Marian will help with the implementation of solutions for new customers. At the same time, he will proactively offer existing customers help to take advantage of the many possibilities in Venue's software.
Ronny Leitzke from Leipzig will focus on sales, especially to the eastern part of Germany. Ronny has a large network and knows the challenges that many sports clubs have. These are, for example, limited resources, complex systems, and an increasing need for digitization. Ronny has previously worked as a ticket manager and business consultant.
